Frame Community Robotics Corps as a multi-year neighborhood repair program seeking durable capital equipment — donated machines or multi-year low- or no-cost leases — not short rentals, not charity theater, not police robots.

Nothing leaves the board without the Academy gate: Pinker (is it true and clear?), West (is it just?), Cialdini (does it induce without seducing?). Parent law: induction, not seduction. Miranda holds final eye on brand voice.

Steven Pinker’s chair is Reason. Classical style treats writer and reader as equals who care about truth. Language is a window, not a costume. For OEM and Lab copy that means concrete nouns, short sentences, verbs that work, and no fog of “capacity,” “ecosystems,” or “innovation journeys” unless the next clause names lots, fences, windows, and stewards.

Laws for this program:

• Lead with what is true: factories already run humanoids; schools keep industrial robots for years through education gifts; short PR loans die when the camera leaves.
• Prefer lots, fences, windows, gutters, gardens, stewards over abstract stacks.
• Do not open partnership mail with “broken windows theory.” That starts a criminology fight. Name the repair work instead.
• Progress is measurable: fleet still on inventory at month twelve; linear feet mended; beds alive — not “transformation.”
• Cut metadiscourse. Kill “importantly,” “as we noted,” “we would like to take this opportunity.”

Pinker core sentence: We repair and maintain neighborhood land and buildings. We want your machines donated or leased to us for years at little or no cost, with training and spare parts, so the work does not stop when the photo op ends.

Cornel West’s chair is Justice. Love is not sentimentality — it is fierce public commitment to human dignity. For Liberty City and Overtown that means residents and stewards appear in the sentence as authorities, never as props for a technology reel.

Laws for this program:

• Name geography with dignity. No blight, gritty, desperate, or poverty-safari adjectives.
• Who benefits? If the OEM leaves with a video and the block keeps the neglect, the copy fails justice.
• Who is missing? Stewards must remain agents: “under community authority,” not “we will save them with robots.”
• Reject performative allyship boilerplate (“empower underserved communities”). Prefer structural asks: title transfer, multi-year lease, spare parts, training.
• Prophetic fire has a register. Mission pages may burn. OEM engineering mail stays cool, specific, and just — fire without fog.

Broken windows hygiene: We reject broken-windows policing. We accept the physical claim that neglect compounds despair. Internal doctrine may say “fix the fucking windows.” External OEM copy says: secure windows, mend fences, clean lots, plant gardens.

West moral spine: Justice here looks like fixed windows and tended ground — not cameras on grief. The people keep authority. The machines stay long enough to matter.

Robert Cialdini’s chair is Influence. The goal is not to make people do what they do not want. It is to help aligned parties see a fit that already exists — transparently. Parent law: induction, not seduction.

Authentic uses (PASS):

• Reciprocity — lead with safety doctrine, task list, reporting template, Lab URL.
• Authority — EIN, 501(c)(3), lab.e5enclave.com, dual-track seriousness, named principals Israel and Elvia.
• Social proof — true peers only: FANUC CERT-style education gifts; Spot-in-schools multi-year ownership; factory humanoid deployments. Never invent “many partners already.”
• Commitment — ask for multi-year structure because that is the real goal, not a bait micro-yes.
• Scarcity — only if Phase I site limits are real.
• Liking / Unity — peer respect among builders of durable systems; no flattery theater.

Seduction (REJECT): fake urgency, fake social proof, “we’ll make you famous,” growth-hack language that exploits without serving.

Ethical self-test (all yes): transparent motives; serves OEM real interest and community; comfortable if full reasoning were public; proof and authority authentic.

Letter induction order: Who we are → what is already true in the world → ground work → single durable ask → real reciprocity → governance limits → soft close.
